Who we are
Winford Studio is a brand and web design studio based in Geneva, Switzerland. Contact: info@winfordstudio.com.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions — when you fill out the form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Submissions are stored in our forms backend (Netlify Forms) and forwarded to our internal email.
- Server logs — our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard request data such as IP address, timestamp, and user agent for security and abuse prevention. We do not access these logs for marketing purposes.
- Analytics cookies (consent-based) — we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand aggregate visitor behaviour. These cookies are only set after you accept the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored and no data is sent to Google. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not profile individual visitors.
Cookies
We use Google Consent Mode v2. By default, all storage (analytics, advertising) is denied until you actively accept. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (key: winford_cookie_consent_v1) for future visits. You can change your mind at any time by reopening the cookie banner, or by clearing your browser storage for this site.
The only cookies set when you accept are those used by Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) for traffic measurement, with IP anonymisation enabled.
How we use your data
The information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties. It will be retained for as long as needed to maintain a working business relationship, and may be deleted on request.
Third-party services
- Hosting and form processing: Netlify (USA, GDPR-compliant DPA available).
- Analytics (consent-based): Google Analytics 4 — Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC, with IP anonymisation. Data is processed under Google's standard contractual clauses.
- Web fonts: Google Fonts (loaded from fonts.googleapis.com).
- Email forwarding: Cloudflare Email Routing (where applicable).
Your rights
Under applicable law (Swiss FADP / EU GDPR if you are in the EEA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@winfordstudio.com.
